We're a local veteran owned business. Using sustainable rotational grazing practices, we consider ourselves grass farmers. We rotate the cattle to fresh pastures daily to improve soil and grass quality, which in turn provides better nutrients for our cattle and improves the quality of our beef. We raise the highest quality grass fed and finished beef right here in St. James from birth to butcher.
